Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for executives and VIPs to scheduled appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain the executive vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, optimal mechanical performance, and regular servicing.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic information to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies, demonstrating defensive driving techniques at all times.
- Manage and maintain accurate travel logs, vehicle maintenance records, and expense reports.
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding passenger identities, itineraries, and discussions held within the vehicle.
- Exhibit professional etiquette, punctuality, and a polished appearance in all interactions.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items as needed, demonstrating courtesy and helpfulness.
- Remain flexible to accommodate changes in schedules or last-minute requests, including occasional extended hours or weekend shifts.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions or accidents for the past 5 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or chauffeur role.
- Proven knowledge of local area roads and traffic patterns in San Tan Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and composed demeanor.
