Key Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers in all aspects of plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials required for various job sites.
- Learn and apply fundamental plumbing techniques, including pipe cutting, threading, soldering, and fitting.
- Perform basic plumbing duties such as clearing minor clogs, fixing leaks, and installing fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Help troubleshoot plumbing issues and diagnose problems with guidance from senior plumbers.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
- Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to enhance plumbing expertise.
