Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist chiropractors with patient preparation for adjustments and therapies.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and confirm upcoming visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
- Prepare and sterilize equipment and instruments as per clinic protocols.
- Handle patient intake forms, update records, and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients on basic chiropractic procedures and post-treatment care.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle insurance claims.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinic supplies.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing informational materials and promoting clinic services.
- Facilitate a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
