Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, communications, and incidents using our internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with field staff, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in scheduling and re-scheduling appointments as necessary.
- Prepare daily reports and handover information for subsequent shifts.
