Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organize and transport merchandise from the receiving area to designated stocking locations on the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure products are priced correctly and front-faced for customer visibility.
- Operate stocking equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly after proper training.
- Break down and dispose of cardboard and other packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Assist with store resets, promotions, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
