Key Responsibilities

- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial inquiries about the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, assist with reservation inquiries, and accurately record details.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth dining room operations.
- Assist with basic guest needs and requests, directing complex inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Manage and update reservation systems, ensuring accurate bookings and special requests are noted.
- Assist with light cleaning duties during downtime to ensure a tidy environment.
