Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of quantity and quality.
- Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations using proper storage methods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for outbound shipments, adhering to specific packing guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
