Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact, managing the product backlog effectively.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, UX, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead product launch activities, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies and effective post-launch monitoring and optimization.
- Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategic direction clearly to all stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Proficiency in market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence.
