Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide information on services, and guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
- Perform pre-wash preparation, including scrubbing stubborn spots, wheels, and tires.
- Ensure all vehicle accessories (antennas, wipers, etc.) are properly secured before entering the wash.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance checks.
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors as required for specific wash packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including vacuum areas, trash disposal, and equipment upkeep.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
