Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products according to planograms and organizational standards.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and rotated to maintain freshness and prevent shrinkage.
- Organize and consolidate backroom inventory, ensuring accurate counts and easy accessibility.
- Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom areas during overnight hours.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely after receiving proper training.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently during night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is essential for team coordination.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
