Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and maintain a clean till.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, seating areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and building rapport.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
