Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data during night shift hours, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the reconciliation of overnight delivery discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry into supply chain management systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to address operational bottlenecks and resolve issues that impact supply chain efficiency.
- Support senior analysts in developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy of information used for decision-making.
- Respond to urgent supply chain inquiries and provide timely support to internal stakeholders during the night shift.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of our supply chain processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
