Key Responsibilities

- Operate basic dry cleaning and laundry machinery after receiving comprehensive training.
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare cleaned and pressed garments for pickup, ensuring accuracy and proper bagging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including the counter area and customer waiting space.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety and garment care protocols.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns efficiently or escalate as needed.
