Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Perform various skin care treatments such as facials, waxing, and makeup application.
- Offer comprehensive nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and recommend suitable services and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate clients on proper at-home hair, skin, and nail care routines and recommend retail products.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous education and training.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain accurate client records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative salon environment.
Required Skills
- Valid Alabama Cosmetology License
- Proven experience in a salon or spa setting
- Expertise in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
