Job Description

career.imfdirectgov is urgently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our night shift team as a Truck Unloader in El Dorado, Arkansas. This is an immediate hire opportunity for those ready to commit to a fast-paced and physically demanding role crucial to our operations. As a Truck Unloader, you will be at the heart of our logistics, responsible for the efficient and safe unloading of incoming freight from various trucks and trailers.

Working during the night hours (typically 10 PM to 6 AM, though shifts may vary), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse is ready for the next day’s operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team. You will handle a diverse range of products, requiring careful manual manipulation and sometimes the use of basic material handling equipment once trained. The physical nature of this job means you’ll be constantly on the move, lifting, bending, and reaching, so a good level of physical fitness and stamina is essential.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, possess a strong work ethic, and are punctual and dependable. While prior experience in a warehouse or unloading role is a plus, it’s not strictly required; we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are proficient in all tasks, including proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, and adherence to all safety guidelines. This role offers consistent work, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing company dedicated to its employees and operational excellence. If you’re a night owl looking for steady employment and enjoy a hands-on, active job, career.imfdirectgov welcomes your application to become our next valued Truck Unloader.
