Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Restock room supplies such as mini-bar items, toiletries, and informational brochures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ensure all lost and found items are handled according to company procedures.
