Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all designated areas.
- Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the office, including individual offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are gleaming and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Dust and wipe down all reachable surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, filing cabinets, and windowsills, to remove dust and smudges.
- Clean and disinfect communal areas such as kitchens, break rooms, and lobbies, including countertops, sinks, and appliance exteriors.
- Clean interior windows and glass partitions, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Spot clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as required to remove fingerprints and marks.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after each shift.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures related to cleaning and chemical handling.
Required Skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality for consistent night shift attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
