Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, as required.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Verify product quantities and quality against order forms and shipping documents, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tolleson, Arizona facility for night shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications
