Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and drink options.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing attentive and proactive service throughout their meal.
- Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including polishing cutlery and glassware.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
