Key Responsibilities

- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort during the ride.
- Accurately collect fares and process payments using company-provided systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of the assigned vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
- Utilize navigation systems and local knowledge to choose the most efficient routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Required Skills
- Valid Alabama Driver's License (Class D or higher)
- Clean driving record with no major infractions for the past 3-5 years
