Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, locating products, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
- Replenish shelves, rotating stock to ensure freshness and visual appeal, and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed according to store standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, including aisles, display areas, and checkout points, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with deliveries, accurately unpacking and organizing stock in the backroom, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Handle product returns and exchanges politely and professionally, resolving customer issues to their satisfaction and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Operate store equipment safely and correctly, such as pallet jacks, balers, and cleaning machinery (where applicable and after receiving proper training).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, support promotional activities, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and customer service.
Required Skills
