As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our dining room, working closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with table setup and breakdown, including setting silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Efficiently clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and other items, transporting them to the dishwashing area.
- Ensure dining areas are consistently clean, organized, and inviting for all guests, including sweeping and mopping if necessary.
- Refill water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages for guests promptly and courteously.
- Support the service team by running food and drinks to tables as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of side stations and service areas throughout shifts.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
