Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests throughout their meal.
- Monitor dining area for cleanliness, safety, and proper setup.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Attend to guest complaints or concerns with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
