As an Overnight Stock Clerk, you are the backbone of our daily operations. While the store is closed, you and your team will ensure that products are accurately received, meticulously organized, and efficiently placed on shelves, preparing us for a successful day of business. This role involves a blend of physical activity, attention to detail, and teamwork. You’ll handle incoming shipments, verify quantities against invoices, and use pallet jacks and other equipment (with proper training) to move merchandise safely.
Beyond just stocking shelves, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining an organized and clean work environment. This includes breaking down cardboard, operating balers, and ensuring aisles are clear and safe for your colleagues and, eventually, our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately.
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms and company standards.
- Verify shipment contents against invoices and report any discrepancies.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including aisles, stockroom, and receiving areas.
- Break down cardboard and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure product rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently during the night shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM – 7 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and reach frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
