Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials, typically weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians) with their tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and general site upkeep.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Dig trenches, shovel earth, gravel, or other materials as required for project needs.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and equipment.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas as needed.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to project schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently and to quality standards.
