Key Responsibilities
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist experienced installers in measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall sheets accurately.
- Prepare surfaces for drywall installation, including cleaning and framing checks.
- Help with the application of tape, mud (joint compound), and sanding to achieve smooth, finished surfaces.
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow directions diligently from supervisors and senior team members.
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned to ensure project completion.
Required Skills
