Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort returned merchandise according to company guidelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document return reasons, product condition, and relevant data into our inventory management system.
- Process refunds, exchanges, or store credits as per company policy after thorough inspection.
- Repackage and restock items suitable for resale, or prepare damaged/defective items for salvage or disposal.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors for resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the returns processing area.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
