Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, take accurate food and beverage orders, and answer questions about menu items.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and organized counter, dining area, and service stations, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
- Restock shelves, condiment stations, and supply areas to ensure adequate inventory levels throughout shifts.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management professionally.
- Strictly adhere to all local, state, and company food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer flow.
