Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Accurately process all transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Manage cash register operations, ensuring proper cash handling procedures and accurate till reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking supplies and tidying up.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, or store policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to a supervisor as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with basic merchandising tasks, such as restocking shelves or preparing displays during downtime.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability for all scheduled weekend shifts.
