career.imfdirectgov is seeking an energetic and dedicated Barback to join our vibrant team for weekend shifts in Beaverton, Alabama. Key Responsibilities
- Restock all bar stations with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes efficiently and proactively.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and clearing empty glasses and plates.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are readily available for bartenders throughout their shifts.
- Assist bartenders with general duties as needed, including preparing drink mixers and fetching specific items.
- Handle and change kegs, ensuring proper tapping and inventory management.
- Manage waste removal, including emptying trash receptacles and recycling bottles.
- Clean and sanitize glassware, ensuring a constant supply of sparkling clean items.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to bar management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Provide exceptional support to the bar team to enhance overall guest experience.
