Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Learn and perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Support with minor electrical work, such as light fixture and outlet repairs under supervision.
- Gain experience in HVAC filter replacement and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform general carpentry tasks, including patching walls, repairing doors, and cabinet adjustments.
- Handle painting, caulking, and touch-up work as needed.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs (e.g., refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers).
