Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload packages from trucks and conveyor belts.
- Sort packages according to destination, ensuring accurate placement.
- Scan packages using handheld devices to maintain inventory and tracking records.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally heavier with assistance.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Operate basic material handling equipment if certified and required.
