Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the fitness facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a high-performing team of fitness professionals and support staff.
- Develop and implement innovative fitness programs, membership drives, and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage the gym's budget, financial reporting, and inventory, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality, coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive gym culture that promotes member satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
