Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and employees to the spa.
- Efficiently manage the spa's appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling services.

- Process client payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
