Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring components are correctly placed and secured according to specifications.
- Conduct routine quality inspections of products at various stages of production, identifying and accurately reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent product quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area, promoting a safe and productive environment for the entire team.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production targets and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a secure and compliant workplace for everyone.
- Actively participate in training sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, and team meetings to enhance skills and processes.
