Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately pack products into appropriate containers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packaging and report any issues to supervisors.
- Operate basic packing equipment safely after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and sorting items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and packing targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30-50 pounds (with assistance if needed).
