Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and workstations.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the front of house area, preparing for service each day.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, offering support to colleagues as needed.
