Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label various products according to specific order requirements and company standards.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are free from damage before packaging.
- Utilize packing materials efficiently to prevent product damage during transit.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely to move goods within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Report any discrepancies or product damage immediately to a supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for the night shift schedule.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, packing, or production role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Experience operating a manual pallet jack.
