Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
- Learn and apply fundamental roofing techniques, including shingle installation, flashing, and sealing.
- Safely load, unload, and transport roofing materials and tools to and from the work site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to company safety protocols.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform general labour duties as assigned to support the roofing crew.
- Participate actively in all safety briefings and mandatory training sessions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.
