This full-time position requires a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized individual who is passionate about advocating for others and navigating complex social support systems with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.

You will work closely with Social Workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, providing vital administrative and direct client support that underpins our comprehensive service delivery. Your daily tasks will range from meticulously coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining detailed, confidential client records to assisting with intake processes and facilitating critical connections to community resources. We believe in a holistic approach to care, and your consistent, diligent contribution will directly impact our clients’ ability to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals, fostering stability and growth.

This role is not just about administrative tasks; it’s profoundly about building trusting relationships and offering a beacon of hope during challenging times. You will often be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse populations from various backgrounds. You’ll gain invaluable experience in supporting initial client assessments, contributing to the implementation of care plans, and assisting in urgent situations or crisis intervention, all while working within a structured yet dynamic and supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, possesses a strong ethical compass, upholds confidentiality, and is committed to continuous professional development. If you are eager to apply your organizational prowess, compassionate nature, and problem-solving skills in a role where every day brings new opportunities to support and empower individuals, and where your dedication directly translates into tangible community benefit, career.imfdirectgov offers the perfect platform for your professional journey.
