Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable items.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms, and display areas in accordance with brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves, merchandising new products, and performing cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints professionally and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
