Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activities and ensure security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarms, promptly reporting any suspicious activity.
- Control access to the facility, verifying identification and logging visitors and contractors.
- Respond effectively and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents following established protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets.
- Collaborate with team members and management to address security concerns and optimize security measures.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Excellent observation and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, especially for night shifts.
