Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escorting them to tables and presenting menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, ensuring high standards of presentation and timing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Restock cutlery, glassware, condiments, and other dining essentials as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
