Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, storage optimization, and accurate record-keeping.
- Negotiate rates with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers to secure optimal terms.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, invoices, and waybills.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and delays efficiently and effectively, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
- Implement and enforce company logistics policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, seeking innovative ways to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
