As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our passengers, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. Your daily routine will involve operating well-maintained shuttle vehicles, adhering strictly to pre-determined routes and schedules, and conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle readiness and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring punctuality.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle.
- Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers regarding delays or changes.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License (Class D – standard operator license in Arkansas)
- Clean driving record for at least the past three years
