This isn’t just a job; it’s a critical position at the forefront of maintaining safety and order, ensuring peace of mind for our premises and personnel during the quiet hours when vigilance is paramount.
As a Night Shift Security Officer, you will be the eyes and ears of our operations, safeguarding assets, preventing unauthorized access, and responding swiftly to any incidents that may arise. Your presence will be a deterrent, your observation skills will be key, and your ability to act calmly and decisively under pressure will be invaluable. You will undertake regular patrols, monitor advanced CCTV systems, manage access points, and complete detailed reports of your activities and any unusual occurrences. This role demands a high level of responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of security.
We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent working environment yet understands the importance of being part of a larger, supportive team. You will be expected to enforce site rules and regulations, assist staff and visitors where appropriate, and liaise effectively with emergency services when necessary. Your professionalism and attention to detail will contribute directly to the secure and smooth operation of our facilities throughout the night. If you possess an active SIA license, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a steadfast dedication to protecting property and people, we encourage you to apply.
This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your security career with a company that truly values its frontline personnel and offers a clear path for professional growth and development within a dynamic and essential service. We understand that night shifts require a special kind of dedication, and we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment for our officers. You will be provided with the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support to excel in your role, ensuring you feel confident and capable in handling any situation. Your role will involve more than just observing; it will be about active prevention, meticulous record-keeping, and serving as a crucial point of contact during non-business hours. We are looking for someone who can not only follow protocols but also exercise sound judgment and initiative. If you are ready to take on this vital role and become a cornerstone of our security framework, contributing significantly to the safety and operational continuity of our Moss Side location, then career.imfdirectgov is the place for you.
