Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases manually and identify software defects.
- Document and report bugs clearly and concisely using issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in the review of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Perform regression testing and re-testing of resolved issues to confirm fixes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Learn and apply new testing techniques and tools as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective bug reporting and team collaboration.
- High attention to detail and a meticulous, thorough approach to work.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and fundamental testing methodologies.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually within a remote team environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack).
Preferred Qualifications

- Any prior experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) or test case management tools.
