Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and transport merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor.
- Accurately stock shelves, display cases, and end caps with new products, adhering to planograms.
- Ensure products are faced, rotated, and priced correctly according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and orderly.
- Remove empty boxes, packaging, and other debris, maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise transfers as needed to support store operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in merchandise placement and organization.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining night shift schedules.
- Basic communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
