Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandise placement, visual displays, and promotional signage according to company standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of inventory on sales floors, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Organize and maintain backroom and storage areas to facilitate efficient access and inventory control.
- Assist customers with product location, inquiries, and provide a high level of friendly service.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and workspace.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems during peak periods or as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
