Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision after appropriate training.
- Load and unload materials and products onto and from production lines.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled operators and technicians as needed.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
